Êzdî New Year

Does anyone know when begins the Yezidi New Year for spring 2009 ? I know it is one of the first wednesday of April but I don't know the exact day.

it is the 1st wednesday after the 13th of april. so it is the 15th and the year is 6759 not 2009

Yeah I suppose that they don't use Christian era for their liturgy, it was for being clear (I have to go to Kurdistan in April 2009 and I don't wan't to miss the Day) but 6759 ? of which event do they start their history ?

they believe god created tawûsê melek from his ronahî on the 1st wednesday of nîsan so celebrate it as new years day and also believe that tawûsê melek visits earth on that day too.
