I am disappointed. I thought I was the first to write about reaching 120 year age and beyond. But I am not. Another person long ago wrote a book about it. He was one of the scientists shared an experimental green house for a year. During this time they cut contact with outside world and produced all their needs.

I doubt his book has put in the same amount of effort and detail as you have :ymapplause:

His name is Roy L Walford, M.D. His book advocates diet, calorie, restriction. He came with this idea because of his experience in an artificial green house for a year. He and a few others spend a year in this artificial green house in isolation from the world. they recycled every thing and grew the food they needed. I think heard the green house some times had to be pumped with oxygen.

After the experiment, they were all very healthy. He thought5 the reason for that because they were not eating a lot in the green house. It is true you become healthier if you don't eat a lot provided you eat enough to avoid malnutrition. But the problem you become weak and with out stamina. He diet at the age of 79 because of a sort of chest infection, one cause of which, I believe is a bad diet and life style.
