I am looking for an authentic method for prepairing Shishkabab. I already know hoq to make them, but I would like to see if I can find something that is more traditional Kurdish.

Years ago I remember a friend of mine telling me about how they feed the lambs salt to make the meat tastier - so perhaps there are other things that are traditionally given to make lambs taste better

Not sure about this crazy idea about feeding the lamb salt

But I was really hoping that you would have a good recipe, or are you just an expert on where to eat a good kabob in UK

But there are many recipes of kebabs ? Only in Adana I think they have 12.
