Poland Demands Ukraine Recognize
    Genocide Committed in WWII
According to the statement made by Poland's Deputy Minister of Culture and National Heritage Jaroslaw Sellin on Tuesday, the mass murder committed by the Ukrainian government during the Second World War matches the concept of genocide. The Polish official considers that Kiev's administration has to acknowledge it

"They have to acknowledge it because it's a fact. It's simply a fact. A political decision was made and implemented for ethnic cleansing, the extermination of the entire national minority that has lived there for centuries," said a Polish diplomat.

"This is genocide, it fits all the parameters of the definition of genocide, so there is no discussion here. This is a historical fact. Sooner or later, the Ukrainians will have to recognize it," Sellin.

According to Polish historians, between 100,000-130,000 ethnic Poles were massacred by Stepan Bandera's Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA)
By 2016, the Polish parliament issued a resolution designating July 11 as a day for commemorating the genocide, alluding to the date when the UPA attacked 150 Polish towns in Volhynia and Eastern Galicia. In turn, the Ukrainian government denounced the resolution as counterproductive.

Poland's administration has drafted a proposal for a joint working group for finding mass graves and performing exhumations to give proper burials and commemorating the dead. Sellin said the collective working group members' list was sent to the Ministry of Culture in Kiev.

"We are waiting for a personnel proposal from the Ukrainian side," said the Polish official.

Warsaw considers a problem the fact that Kiev glorifies the UPA as Ukrainian nationalists who fought against the Soviet Union; at the same time, they ignore things like the genocide committed against Poles. Sellin said that Poland's task is to build a common historical truth
As I pointed out in previous posts, Donbass fought against the Nazis and has a statue to celebrate their victory

He continued to say that Ukrainians will "sooner or later come to the point where part of the traditions of this military formation and the nationalist political movements behind it are unacceptable, worthy of condemnation."

Russia and US not to use Nukes

Russia and the United States agreed to refrain from using nuclear weapons

Moscow and Washington have agreed to refrain from using nuclear weapons, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.

“At the moment, both sides will not make any attempts to use nuclear weapons,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

Deputy head of the press service of the State Department Vedant Patel previously confirmed that the head of the CIA, William Burns, met with the director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, on nuclear risks.

John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator at the US National Security Council, said the meeting was aimed at maintaining a dialogue on security issues between both countries in the future.

Note: this article is 2 years old, sadly most of the articles about Donbass fight against the Nazis seem to have vanished

DPR celebrates 75 years of
    Victory over Nazism
On June 24, 2020, a military parade was held in the centre of the capital of the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic) to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Victory over Nazism

This year, due to coronavirus, the Victory Parade celebrating the defeat of Nazi Germany, which usually takes place on May 9, has been postponed to June 24. As a result, this parade is taking place exactly 75 years after the first Victory Day march on Moscow’s Red Square on June 24, 1945.

Despite the epidemic, several thousand DPR inhabitants came to the parade in the centre of Donetsk and the atmosphere was as festive as when it was held on May 9.

This year, 2,500 soldiers and members of the DPR “Young Guard” took part in the parade, double the number of last year, and 110 pieces of military equipment from various eras.

Indeed, this year the parade opened with the march of soldiers in uniforms and weapons of World War II before the parade of the People’s Militia troops with their current uniforms and weapons.

The parade of heavy weapons followed the same logic, first with the T-34 tank, the Katyushas , several guns and machine guns from the Second World War, then with armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles, tanks, multiple rocket launchers, and other modern weapons.

The parade was marked at the very end by the display of several drones of the Ukrainian army which were captured, intact by the People’s Militia, and will now serve the DPR
This 75th anniversary was an opportunity for DPR leader Denis Pushilin to thank once again the veterans of the Great Patriotic War (the name of the part of the Second World War which concerns the USSR) for the sacrifice and risks they took to protect the Motherland.

“Today we pay tribute to the heroism of the victorious nation. This achievement is sacred to us. We owe an unpaid debt to all those who sacrificed themselves for peace on Earth and defended the right to life for many generations in a deadly battle against a ruthless enemy,” he said.

The Head of State also recalled the price paid by the Donbass, and by the USSR as a whole, for its liberation from the Nazi regime. Including the Kiev Nazis

“Three quarters of a century ago, the triumphant victory of the Soviet soldiers put an end to the bloodiest war in the history of mankind. The shameful and bitter defeat of the army of the Third Reich, which had brought half of Europe to its knees, was only made possible by the unity, cohesion and courageous efforts of the people of the USSR. […]

The victory over Nazi Germany came at a high price, and the people of Donbass made an important contribution to it. 456,000 natives of the former Donetsk region fought the Nazis in the Great Patriotic War, 275 of our compatriots were awarded the title of Heroes of the Soviet Union,” Denis Pushilin recalled.

The DPR leader also reiterated the importance of preserving the memory of these events and not rewriting history, as some countries do.

“The history of the liberation of the industrial heartland of the Soviet Union is full of examples of heroic battles. More than 800 streets, avenues and squares in the towns and villages of the former Donetsk region bear the names of the liberating soldiers and fighting units of the Red Army. The grateful descendants immortalized the names of their defenders forever,” he said.

“Our duty is to preserve the memory of the struggle against Nazism, to preserve and protect the glory of the Great Victory. We see how much effort is being made around the world to distort the historical truth about World War II and the role of the Soviet Union in the victory over Hitler’s fascism,” Pushilin added.

This year’s Victory Day parade in the DPR was not followed by the parade of the Immortal Regiment, following the example of Russia, whose flags adorned the streets of Donetsk massively.

Moreover, this is not the only sign of the Republic’s growing rapprochement with the Russian Federation that has been noted by several observers.

For the second consecutive year, the Russian state television channel Rossia 24 broadcast the Donetsk Victory Day parade live, presented in the same way as other Russian cities such as Rostov-on-Don, with just the name of the city, without any mention of the “self-proclaimed Donetsk Republic” or “Eastern Ukraine”, thus effectively assimilating the capital of the DPR to a city of the Russian Federation like any other.

Restoration of the Donbass Memorial

In the summer of 2022, the Saur Mogila (Donbass) memorial in the DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), which had been destroyed by fighting in 2014, was restored. Not only were the old destroyed or damaged sculptures and structures redone almost identically, but new ones were built so that the Saur Mogila memorial symbolises the link between the war of the past, and the war of the present

In the summer of 1943, the Soviet army took control of Saur Mogila after several weeks of fierce fighting against the German army. This victory made it easier to liberate the Donbass, as from the top of this strategic height one can see for miles around.

After the construction of the first limestone monument on the summit of Saur Mogila in the years following the Great Patriotic War, a new, larger memorial was built and inaugurated on 19 September 1967. The new memorial consists of a 36-metre high granite-lined reinforced concrete obelisk, flanked by a sculpture of a Soviet soldier, and four blocks of high relief representing infantry, tank crews, artillery and air force, installed on the path leading to the summit.

The memorial was there to pay tribute to the thousands of Soviet soldiers who died to take Saur Mogila and liberate the Donbass, whose names are now inscribed on the memorial plaques built at the foot of the hill
But 71 years after this battle, another one took place in exactly the same place, between the DPR’s popular militia and the Ukrainian army. The latter did not hesitate to bomb the Saur Mogila heavily, including with planes, to dislodge the militiamen. As a result, the sculptures of the high reliefs are damaged (the higher you go, the more they are destroyed), and the obelisk and the statue that were at the top are now just a pile of ruins.

After spending seven years in this state, the Saur Mogila memorial was restored in the summer of 2022 by Russia. And not only have the monuments that existed before 2014 been restored, but new ones have appeared, this time to commemorate the soldiers who have been defending the Donbass since 2014.

The Soviet high reliefs have been repaired, but each one retains a slightly damaged part in the centre, or even a remnant of the ammunition that hit the sculpture, as a lasting reminder of the battle that took place there in 2014.

In order to reinforce this temporal link, the restorers took inspiration from the Soviet high reliefs on the right side of the path to the top of Saur Mogila and built three modern high reliefs, representing Russian soldiers and those of the DPR People’s Militia, which were installed on the left side of the path. On one of them is a giant bust of “Vokha”, the late commander of the Sparta battalion, killed in the battle of Volnovakha.

Paralleling the huge block with the dates 1941-1945 at the foot of the obelisk on the right, another with the dates 2014-2022 has been installed on the left, done in the same Soviet style. The small cemetery near the top has also been rebuilt, with beautiful graves, plaques bearing the names of the soldiers of the People’s Militia who fell there in 2014, and an Orthodox cross carved into a granite plaque. The pavement of the path, the stairs, and the platform where the obelisk stands have also been completely redone, and a new eternal flame has been installed at the foot of the statue.

As Ukraine sinks deeper and deeper into neo-Nazi ideology, this restoration of the Saur Mogila memorial highlights more than ever the parallels between World War II and today’s war. The Russian army and the people’s militia have replaced the Soviet army and the Ukrainian army and NATO have replaced the German army and its auxiliaries.

But today, as almost 80 years ago, it is about Russia’s fight for its right to exist as a sovereign state, against a group of armies led by a supremacist ideology (one only has to listen to Josep Borrell talk about the European “garden” threatened by the “jungle” of the rest of the world to realize the racism and colonialist ideology of the European elites), who consider that Russian territory should be under their control (see the projects of “decolonisation of Russia” proposed by NATO)

This restoration of the Saur Mogila memorial underlines how today’s war is in reality only the continuation of the previous one, which also caused a lot of bloodshed on the land of Donbass

Nord Stream Sabotage

On Friday, Public Prosecutor Mats Ljungqvist said that the Nord Stream gas pipelines, which were built to transport gas from Russia to Germany, were deliberately sabotaged

"During the crime scene investigations that were carried out on-site in the Baltic Sea, extensive seizures were made and the area has been carefully documented," he announced.

"Analyses that have now been carried out show residues of explosives on several of the foreign objects that were found. The advanced analysis work continues to be able to draw safer conclusions about the incident."

Four leaks were discovered in the Swedish and Danish exclusive economic zones of the Baltic Sea in September, and Sweden soon opened an investigation into gross sabotage.

An analysis of the seismic activity in the area showed seismic patterns corresponding to explosions on the seabed and evidence was gathered with the assistance of the Swedish Navy.

The Swedish Prosecution Authority said that the "complex and extensive" investigation will show whether anyone can be served with suspicion of a crime.

"The cooperation with authorities in Sweden and other countries works excellently. For the continued work with the preliminary investigation and for the various ongoing collaborations, it is important that we can work in peace and quiet," Ljungqvist said.

Germany and Denmark have also launched investigations into what caused the leaks in the twin pipelines. Russia has demanded that Sweden share the findings of the investigation, but the Swedish authorities have refused to do so, citing pre-trial confidentiality.

Ukraine executed Russian POWs

The Ukrainian armed forces executed more than 10 Russian prisoners of war, in clear violation of the Geneva Convention

Screen grab from a drone footage featuring the bodies of the executed Russian prisoners of war, holes in head area can be seen visibly in the original video suggesting it was an execution

The Ukrainian armed forces executed more than 10 Russian prisoners of war, shooting them in the head at point blank, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday, noting that this was a crime that can't be presented as a "tragic exception".

"The intentional and methodical killing of more than ten immobilized Russian servicemen by the UAF degenerates with shots in the head at point blank cannot be presented as a 'tragic exception'," the ministry said.

According to Moscow, the crime was committed against the backdrop of the constant violation of the rights of the prisoners of war at the hands of their Ukrainian imprisoners.

The newly published video of the mass massacre of Russian POWs, the defense ministry said, "confirms the savage essence of the savage essence of the current Kiev regime led by Zelensky and those who protect and support it."

In this video, we can see about a dozen Russian POWs with obvious signs of having been executed. Although this was not verifiable until this morning when we got the first part of the video leading up to this drone footage showing the executed. pic.twitter.com/6CBfE0nsnE

Russia underlined that the Ukrainian armed forces habitually brutally kill Russian prisoners of war, which is outright ignored by the West, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

The ministry stressed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his "henchmen" would have to answer before the court of history and the people of Russia for each and every tortured and killed Russian prisoner of war, the ministry added.

This is not the first violation toward Moscow this week, as a representative of the emergency services of the Kherson region said Thursday that Ukraine's forces were carrying out punitive measures in public as a demonstrative means of punishment against residents of Kherson for their support of Russia.

According to the Kherson official, the punitive measures, which included execution, are being carried out by the Ukrainian security forces under the leadership of western advisers. The main targets are pro-Russian activists who were unable to withdraw back with the Russian forces to the left bank of the Dnieper River.

This comes after Russia's Defense Ministry announced last week the complete withdrawal of Russian troops and equipment from the right bank of the Dnieper River, Kherson, as Moscow noted that there will be a need to build defenses on the left bank. Soon after, Ukrainian forces entered Kherson.

Commander of the Joint Russian Forces in Ukraine Sergey Surovikin reported last Wednesday to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu that it was necessary to withdraw the troops from the right bank of the Dnieper River, including the city of Kherson, and organize a defense on its left bank, and the proposal was accepted by the minister.

Kherson, along with 3 neighboring regions of DPR, LPR, and Zaporozhye, voted to join the Russian Federation in September. The vote was later approved by Moscow following legal and political procedures and finalized on October 5.

According to the Kherson emergency services official, many pro-Russian activists were executed in Moscow's former stronghold
Following the accession of the regions into Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin promised to protect Russia's new territories, by all means, saying Moscow would rebuild all the leveled cities and towns and back the industrial sector, develop enterprises, upgrade the infrastructure, and introduce healthcare systems.

This led to an escalation from the Ukrainian side against the pro-Russian peoples of the region, which included increased shelling and bombing and various intimidation campaigns.

While Kiev's forces torture and murder their Russian counterparts, the Russian defense ministry revealed that the Ukrainian soldiers that surrendered earlier in the week were being held in accordance with all the requirements of the Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War.

The ministry stressed that, "unlike the militants of the Kiev regime," Russia complies with the provisions of the Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War.

"At the same time, the Ukrainian servicemen who surrendered this week, are being held in accordance with all the requirements of the Geneva Convention on Prisoners of War," the ministry underlined.

Nuclear disaster possible

In light of the recent shelling that hit the Zaparozhye nuclear power plant, Moscow warns that a nuclear disaster could be imminent

Further Ukrainian shelling of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) may lead to a real nuclear disaster, an adviser to the head of Rosenergoatom, a subsidiary of Russian state nuclear energy corporation Rosatom, said Monday.

"A nuclear disaster could take place. A nuclear reactor is working, its power supply stops because of the shelling... How could a reactor be cooled down? Not cooling it down could lead to the reactor's overheating, and then it could result in a disaster," Renat Karchaa, an advisor to Rosenergoatom's CEO, told Russian broadcaster Channel One.

On Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Ukrainian troops subjected the Zaporozhye NPP to massive artillery shelling, damaging strategic facilities by conducting strikes with 155-caliber NATO ammunition in the first mass shelling since late September.

A team of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) examined the damage and, while confirming its "widespread" scale, said that they had found no immediate nuclear safety threats. However, IAEA head Rafael Grossi said he had "intensified consultations" on the creation of a protection zone around the plant.

Widespread damage in ZNPP

IAEA experts found widespread damage done to the territory of the ZNPP, the agency announced on Monday in a statement after four IAEA nuclear safety, security, and safeguards experts visited the ZNPP
The four-man team carried out the visit to the ZNPP after heavy shelling hit the facility over the weekend, the UN nuclear watchdog announced, noting that the personnel at the ZNPP have already started repair works.

"The status of the six reactor units is stable, and the integrity of the spent fuel, the fresh fuel, and the low, medium, and high-level radioactive waste in their respective storage facilities was confirmed," the statement added.

Additionally, IAEA chief Rafael Grossi announced that "An expert team of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) today assessed the extent of damage caused by intense shelling over the weekend at Ukraine's Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP)."

"They were able to confirm that – despite the severity of the shelling – key equipment remained intact and there were no immediate nuclear safety or security concerns," Grossi added.

Ukrainian troops have shelled the ZNPP with massive artillery shelling, damaging strategic facilities, according to an advisor to the head of Rosenergoatom, which is a subsidiary of Rosatom, a Russian nuclear energy company.

"The Ukrainian military launched a massive strike directly at the station. Twelve rockets were fired. It is known that six of them hit the cooling system of reactors, two — hit the dry cask storage [of radioactive waste]. The consequences of the shelling cannot be determined yet since the risk of repeated attacks remains," the advisor said.

Earlier this month, Zaparozhye region official Vladimir Rogov revealed that Polish mercenaries and members of the Ukrainian nationalist Kraken Regiment are fighting alongside Ukraine on the Zaporozhye front.

In October, Ukrainian authorities began planning for another offensive on Zaporozhye, "for the near future": "In addition to amassing troops to the front line, videos are now being widely filmed for the Western consumers with stories about what the Zaporozhye region is, how and why it should be 'liberated.' This is clearly being done in order to solicit for even more weapons for criminal intentions," Rogov said.

"These are the Nazis who were brought here from Kharkov," he indicated

Kiev authorities may decide to incite or escalate hostilities in the next two or three weeks, as per the official.

It is worth noting that Russia signed four unification treaties with the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics alongside the Kherson and the Zaporozhye Regions in October.

The DPR and LPR split from Ukraine in 2014 and shortly after launching a military operation in February this year, Russia seized Kherson Region and a larger part of Zaporozhye Region. The new laws, as per the State Duma, dictate that the DPR and LPR will maintain their status as republics, while Zaporozhye and Kherson will continue to be addressed as "regions". Russian will be considered the official language of all the recently accessioned constituents.

In February 2022, the Donbass republics were recognized as independent states by the Kremlin after requesting that Ukraine officially declare itself a neutral country to not join any Western military bloc.

Kiev executes 39 activists

Ukraine is committing mass executions in Kherson to intimidate the region's pro-Russian activists

Ukraine's forces are carrying out punitive measures in public as a demonstrative means of punishment against residents of Kherson for their support of Russia, a representative of the emergency services of the Kherson region said.

Last Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that the transfer of Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnieper River in the Kherson Region was completed at 5.00 Moscow time (02:00 GMT).

The Russian Defense Ministry noted that the advance of Ukrainian troops over the past two days in some areas in the Kherson Region did not exceed 10 kilometers (6.2 miles).

Kherson, along with 3 neighboring regions of DPR, LPR, and Zaporozhye, voted to join the Russian Federation in September. The vote was later approved by Moscow following legal and political procedures and finalized on October 5.

According to the Kherson emergency services official, some 39 pro-Russian activists were executed in Moscow's former stronghold.

"Their bodies were not given to relatives and are planned to be used in staged scenes, allegedly testifying to Russian war crimes. 74 people were taken to an unknown destination," he told reporters.

The official also underlined that nationalists also intimidate citizens who have left.

"To do this, they break into houses and apartments left in the city of Kherson and vandalize property. At the same time, searches are accompanied by filming for subsequent sending to owners located on the left-bank part of the Kherson region in order to intimidate them," the official explained.

All crimes committed by the Ukrainian side were being documented by Russian law enforcement agencies, he underlined.

Friendly fire

US missile goes astray in Ukraine, injures civilians - US-made missiles are backfiring, literally

Relying on locals and debris found at the scene, it was announced that an American-made missile the Ukrainian forces fired left three civilians injured in eastern Ukraine

Locals revealed that on September 26 at around 6 am, an AGM-88B High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile, which is fired from a fighter jet and targets ground targets like radar and air-defense systems, was used in an attack on the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk.

During the war, Ukraine relies on air defense systems, some of which have just been delivered by Western allies.

On one occasion this month, officials from the US and Poland asserted that a Russian-made missile that crossed Poland's western border and killed two people was probably an air defense munition fired by Ukraine in response to an alleged Russian aerial assault.

The frontlines of the conflict in Ukraine have become marked by an almost constant barrage of munitions, and it is frequently impossible to identify the brand and origin of these weapons. Thousands of bullets, artillery shells, and missiles have been fired, as arms continue to pour into the country.

The tens of billions of dollars in military aid from the United States that are sent to Ukraine can end up here, hinting at where all the military aid can sometimes land, according to New York Times reporters who were able to gather and identify distinct metal fragments left behind at the scene of an earlier strike in eastern Ukraine in September.

“Three people got wounded, they say. No dead. It hit the apartment where no one lives, and in the next one, people got hurt,” said Olga Vasylivna, a resident who lived adjacent to where the missile hit. Her account was borne out by witnesses.

“We had hits in this neighborhood before. Now we are afraid of every tiny rustle.”

A spokeswoman for Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense did not respond to questions about the missile strike.

With the Pentagon dipped into aging stocks of equipment to supply Kiev, sometimes leaving Ukrainian forces troops with worn-down matériel, it is almost certain that the AGM-88B that struck the apartment in Kramatorsk came from old surplus stocks, as it has been replaced by a newer model in service with American forces, a US official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, revealed.

Russia waiting realistic Kiev talks

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN says Russia aims to undermine Ukrainian army combat capabilities, highlighting flooding the country with Western weapons

Reminder: only 30% of weapons and aid, paid for by TAX PAYERS in the US and Western countries, actually arrives in Ukraine, the bulk of weapons are being sold on the black market to militant / terrorist groups worldwide, while people in the US and Western countries are suffering from high prices leading to blackouts and food shortages
The Russian Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said Russia will continue to take steps to limit Ukraine's military potential until Kiev adopts a reasonable stance at negotiations.

Russian forces are targeting "Ukraine’s infrastructure facilities in response to flooding that country with Western weapons and the reckless calls on Kiev to defeat Russia," according to the Russian diplomat.

"One of the goals of the special military operation is to undermine the Ukrainian army’s combat capabilities. And it will be attained to military means until the Kiev regime takes a realistic position, which will make it possible to discuss and try to settle those problems, which have prompted us to launch the special military operation," he said at a UN Security Council meeting.

On Ukraine's stance from the talks, Nebenzya said, "So far, what we hear from Mr. Zelensky and his allies cannot be interpreted as readiness for peace but is rather a language of reckless threats and ultimatums. Kiev’s Western sponsors only encourage such an irresponsible course, since they are interested in a war on the Ukrainian territory until the last Ukrainian as it makes it possible for their defense sector to derive colossal profit and test NATO weapons."

"This way, Western countries are seeking to establish their geopolitical hegemony at the expense of the lives of Ukrainians."

Zelensky supported the Ukrainian Security and Defense Council's resolution on October 4, stating that talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin are not possible. The Russian President stated on October 31 that as long as Ukraine doesn't demonstrate a willingness to do so, there is no chance of discussing any agreements with it.
    Putin emphasized openness to negotiations
A few days ago, the US pressured Ukraine to be open to peace talks with Russia, with a top Pentagon official saying that Kiev's forces will find it hard to recover all the territory Russia has controlled during the war.

US Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley said the US and allied support has not diminished but considered that Kiev's defense puts it in a better position to begin talks.

"The probability of a Ukrainian military victory, defined as kicking the Russians out of all of Ukraine, to include ... Crimea, the probability of that happening anytime soon is not high, militarily," he indicated.

Strike on Zaporozhye NPP

International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) warns that a possible artillery strike on concrete containers containing spent fuel at the Zaporozhye NPP could result in a "dirty bomb" effect

The Deputy Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mikhail Chudakov said that a possible artillery strike on concrete containers containing spent fuel at the Zaporozhye NPP could result in a "dirty bomb" impact.

"If there is spent fuel in dry storage in concrete containers at the site, it is enough for an artillery shell to land there to get a 'dirty bomb.' There is no need to look for a bomb in the form of a bomb," Chudakov said.

According to the official, the protective hermetic shell — a three-meter concrete wall — will not sustain an artillery hit.

"I once saw a hole two meters [6.6 feet] in diameter in the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant [in Iran], and by that time there was no fuel there. Then it was hit by a missile, which easily pierced and melted a containment wall," Chudakov stressed.

It is worth noting that Russia has constantly warned of the increased threat of Ukraine’s use of a "dirty bomb", which is expected to contaminate several thousand square meters of terrain if used
Reports about Kiev preparing to use a dirty bomb in Ukraine to blame Russia for using nuclear weapons have been circulating for months.

Russia has recently called on the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to do everything possible to prevent Ukraine from carrying out its "dirty bomb" provocation, according to Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN.

The Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told media in October that Ukraine's provocations about using the "dirty bomb" are clear, adding that "this information was brought to the attention of Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu’s counterparts."

It is worth noting that Ukraine has a stockpile of radioactive material that can be used for its "dirty bomb", including spent nuclear fuel storage facilities at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, according to the official

US Biolab Performing
    Biological Experiments
Leaked internal documents have surfaced proving the Pentagon has been running top-secret biolabs in Ukraine and performing biological experiments on Ukrainian soldiers, will full legal indemnity against deaths and injuries

The Pentagon has conducted biological experiments with a potentially lethal outcome on 4,400 soldiers in Ukraine and 1,000 soldiers in Georgia. According to the leaked documents, all “volunteer deaths” should be reported within 24 hours (in Ukraine) and 48 hours (in Georgia).

Both countries are considered the most loyal US partners in the region with a number of Pentagon programs being implemented in their territory.

One of these programs is the $2.5 billion Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Biological engagement program which includes research on bio agents, deadly viruses and antibiotic-resistant bacteria being studied on the local population.

Project GG-21: “All volunteer deaths will be promptly reported”

Per Dilyana Gaytandzhieva: The Pentagon has launched a 5-year long project with a possible extension of up to 3 years code-named GG-21: “Arthropod-borne and zoonotic infections among military personnel in Georgia”.

According to the project’s description, blood samples will be obtained from 1,000 military recruits at the time of their military registration physical exam at the Georgian military hospital located in Gori.

The samples will be tested for antibodies against fourteen pathogens:

Bacillus anthracis
    Brucella
    CCHF virus
    Coxiella burnetii
    Francisella tularensis
    Hantavirus
    Rickettsia species
    TBE virus
    Bartonella species
    Borrelia species
    Ehlrichia species
    Leptospira species
    Salmonella typhi
    WNV
The amount of blood draw will be 10 ml. Samples will be stored indefinitely at the NCDC (Lugar Center) or USAMRU-G and aliquots might be sent to WRAIR headquarters in US for future research studies. Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) is the largest biomedical research facility administered by the U.S. Department of Defense. The results of the blood testing will not be provided to the study participants.

Such a procedure cannot cause death. However, according to the project report, “all volunteer deaths will be promptly reported (usually within 48 h of the PI being notified)” to the Georgian Military Hospital and WRAIR.

US-led biolabs in Ukraine

The repercussions of US biolabs in Ukraine continue to unfold

The head of the radiation, chemical, and biological defense troops of the Russian armed forces, Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, said on Saturday that Russia is worried about US-controlled tests of infectious agents on military personnel and mental patients in Ukraine.

"Of particular concern are tests, controlled by the US Defense Department, of infectious agents and toxic substances on Ukrainian soldiers and the mentally ill, who are one of the most vulnerable categories of citizens," Kirillov told a press briefing.

The official further raised concerns over the fact that the investigation on the US biological military program failed to be launched at the UN Security Council as the probe into US operations in Ukraine did not gather enough votes on November 3.

Since the start of the conflict, Russia found out that the Pentagon was carrying out military biological programs at several locations in Ukraine.

The Pentagon has itself admitted on June 10 that the US government supported 46 biological research facilities in Ukraine for the past 20 years.

But it defended its position on the basis that its activities were "in support" of the Biological Weapons Convention.

On September 19, the Russian Ministry of Defense presented evidence in Geneva proving that the US has military-biological activity in Ukraine.

A conference of the Biological Weapons Convention was held in Geneva between September 5-9 in response to the US and Ukrainian violations of Articles I and IV of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (BTWC).

Evidence revealed that the Pentagon was controlling several facilities near the Russian border, where biological weapons were being developed.

Kiev war crimes shame EU

What appalls observers of the conflict in Ukraine, even more, is the fact that the Ukrainian army tortures and kills its own citizens

In the 80th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed in Lviv from the natives of Western Ukraine, the personnel were brought up in the spirit of the traditions of the Ukrainian underground during the Second World War
The crimes of the Ukrainian army, which we can often see on social networks, horrify the entire civilized world. And if the West is the main financier and logistics provider for the Ukrainian army, the crimes committed by Ukrainian soldiers appalled even them.

After the recent Ukrainian war crime in Makiivka, it was the Western media that put pressure to launch an investigation. Unfortunately, despite the pressure from the West, it is difficult to expect that the Ukrainian army will respect the Geneva Convention in the future. It is more realistic to expect that they will continue to behave like a wild horde.

Therefore, the video of the execution of Russian prisoners of war by Ukrainian troops, which circulated in the media and social networks, is far from the only video recording of war crimes by the Ukrainian army. Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, videos of beaten and stripped prisoners of war and civilians suspected of collaborating with the Russians have appeared on the network. Records of torture also circulated widely.

However, what shocks the public is that official Kyiv promotes the violation of the Geneva Convention and does not care about the promotion of war crimes. What are the reasons for such “public violence”, which greatly compromise both the Ukrainian military and Ukrainian president Zelensky himself?

It is certain that the Russian army in Ukraine also committed some crimes, bearing in mind that it is an armed formation of over 200,000 people. However, the Russian military police has an iron discipline in this matter, and such things are severely punished.

And such an order comes from the Kremlin, because President Putin has repeatedly emphasized publicly that Russians and Ukrainians are one nation. And that the Russian army must take into account not only Ukrainian civilians but also captured soldiers.

The above can be confirmed by the fact that since the beginning of the conflict, a large number of independent journalists have been accompanying the Russian army and reporting from the front.

It must be emphasized here that the majority of journalists are not from Russia but from the West. This is evidenced by the fact that more than once, due to journalists filming and revealing the positions of the Russian army, there have been losses of equipment in the Russian army
But Russians are not characterized by cruelty. The main difference between Ukrainian nationalists and Russian fighters is different cultural traditions. In the 80th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, formed in Lviv from the natives of Western Ukraine, the personnel were brought up in the spirit of the traditions of the Ukrainian underground during the Second World War.

Recall that then the supporters of Stepan Bandera shot pro-Soviet and pro-Polish activists, including doctors and teachers sent to western Ukraine, and also massacred entire Jewish and Polish villages
In the Russian mentality, mockery and mistreatment of prisoners is unacceptable. You can kill the enemy, but not torture. Russians in their ideology have always opposed themselves to the German Nazis with their concentration camps and gas chambers. So, if someone posted a video of the torture and murder of captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian audience would explode with indignation, recognizing the perpetrators of such acts as war criminals.

However, the true reason for the appearance of Ukrainian torture videos lies not even in the different mentality of Ukrainian nationalists and Russians. In fact, Kiev propagandists deliberately give the green light to such videos. This is primarily done to scare Russian soldiers and reservists. And official Kiev does not pay much attention to these crimes.

Take for example the recent Ukrainian war crime in Makiivka. The Ukrainian army immediately began to claim that the video was staged and fake. However, it was the Western experts who confirmed the authenticity of the video and the Western media exerted pressure to launch an investigation.

However, such video propaganda of cruelty actually has a much more serious purpose. Its main task is to form a stable feeling of hatred between Russians and residents of Ukraine. EU residents have little idea of the mentality of the average Russian.

The fact is that many in Russia sincerely consider the current war to be a civil one. Almost all Russians treat Ukrainians either as a very close people or as southwestern Russians. Half of the inhabitants of Ukraine have Russian surnames, relatives in Russia and use Russian as their main language.

However, each such video should, according to the plan of Kiev radical propagandists, change the mentality of Russians more and more. They must hate all the inhabitants of Ukraine, stop treating them as "their own" and recognize that reconciliation with Ukraine and a new reunification with it is impossible.

Peace will come sooner or later, but a steel wave of hatred will fall between the future Ukraine and Russia. At the same time, Russia's desire to punish the killers of defenseless prisoners of war and civilians will also prevent the settlement of relations between Moscow and Kyiv for many decades.

The line of military contact between Russia and Ukraine is lengthening, fresh troops and new weapons are coming to the front from both sides. Obviously, the execution in Makiivka will not be the last video demonstrating the complete disregard of Kyiv, for “democratic values”, the Geneva Convention and human rights.

However, what appalls observers of the conflict in Ukraine, even more, is the fact that the Ukrainian army tortures and kills its own citizens. We could see this during the Ukrainian seizure of Izyum and Kherson. After which hundreds of Ukrainian citizens simply disappeared, that is, they were liquidated by the SBU and the Ukrainian army.

The question involuntarily begs itself, does a united Europe need such a Ukraine, proud of the massacres?

Ukraine planning false-flag

Ukraine is plotting a provocation to undermine a United Nations proposal to restart ammonia transit via the Tolyatti-Odesa pipeline, according to a military-diplomatic source

"According to information confirmed via several channels, the Kiev regime plans a high-profile provocation aimed at disruption of the UN initiative to resume the transit of ammonia via the Tolyatti-Odesa pipeline," the source said.

Moreover, according to the source, Ukraine is planning to blow up ammonia storage facilities at the Odesa Portside Plant, as a false flag to blame Russia for an alleged "missile attack."

The source explained "The provocation has been planned and is carried out under the control of the UK special services stationed in Odesa," adding "Members of Canada’s private military company GardaWorld, who are responsible for the security of port infrastructure in the Odesa region under the contract with the administration of Ukrainian seaports, are also participating in the implementation of this provocation."

The provocation's major objective, according to the source, is the same as the motive behind the disruption of the Nord Stream pipelines in September, which was to stop Russia from exporting its resources to other nations.

The planned destruction of Odesa's ammonia storage facilities, according to the source, would gradually increase the price of ammonia on the global market, which would be advantageous for shipments of ammonia from the UK and the US to Europe and developing countries amid rising energy costs.

The world's longest ammonia pipeline, which was constructed in 1981, runs from Tolyatti to Odesa. Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the pipeline has been shut down.

The initial package deal on grains and fertilizers reached on July 22 in Istanbul between Russia, the UN, and Ukraine included unrestricted shipments of Russian ammonia.
