Kiev plans to kill civilians

This operation comes just a day after Kiev was exposed to be planning a "dirty bomb" nuclear attack on its own land to scapegoat Russia for it

In an attempt to prolong its false-flag attack operations, the Interdepartmental Coordination Center for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine released a statement on Monday that Kiev is preparing a provocatory attack in the Kharkov Region against civilians, only to accuse Russian Armed Forces of it
The plan entails firing at civilians at the hands of mercenaries, as the Center said, "The Kiev regime is preparing a bloody provocation with death of their citizens for the purpose of accusing the Russian Federation of a war crime. On October 24, a unit of foreign mercenaries will shell the crowding point of civilians from artillery pieces in the city of Volchansk of the Kharkov Region during food aid distribution."

The aim of the plan hits even lower than the malicious intention at just its surface: Ukraine wants to carry out the operation to blame Russian Forces for killing civilians, who are considered noncombatants protected under International Humanitarian Law (IHL).

According to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), civilians who do not directly partake in hostilities and conflict are protected under customary IHL set forth in Article 50 of Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Convention. They cannot be targets of attacks and neither can their identified locations such as schools, residential areas, and often frequented places pertaining to crowds.

This plan comes after credible sources, as cited on Sunday by the Russian news agency Sputnik, stated that Kiev is preparing to use the "dirty bomb" on its own land to blame Russia for using nuclear weapons.

Per the sources, Kiev is planning on carrying out provocations on its own land using what is called the "dirty bomb" or a low-power nuclear weapon, with the aim being to accuse Russia of using weapons of mass destruction, which would lead to a full-scale smear campaign against Moscow.

Kharkov has witnessed previous attacks against its citizens by Ukraine, as around 30 people were killed on September 29 after a bus carrying them was attacked by Ukrainian forces on its way to the Russian border.

Putin Rules Out Nuclear Weapons

On Thursday, Russia's President Vladimir Putin ruled out that his country would use nuclear weapons in the conflict with Ukraine

"It makes no political or military sense for Russia to launch a nuclear attack. The thesis about the use of nuclear weapons by Russia is primitive and the Western powers are only looking for more arguments to confront Russia," he said.

However, "whoever sows wind will reap storms," Putin warned, blaming the West for having taken steps to escalate the conflict and destabilize global food and energy markets.

He also emphasized that the countries are currently faced with the dilemma of continuing to promote the usual scenarios or find answers to long-standing conflicts.

"Humankind now faces a choice: accumulate a load of problems that will inevitably crush us all or try to find solutions that may not be ideal but working and could make the world more stable and secure," he said, as reported by Politico.

These statements were made at the annual meeting of the Valdai Club, a forum for the discussion of international affairs where Putin reiterated the need to work towards the construction of a multipolar world.

There he recalled that the United States has been the only country that has used the atomic bomb, killing thousands of people in the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945

UK creating secret Ukrainian terror army

According to leaked documents, peace is the last thing on the mind of British military contractors and intelligence

Ukrainian forces are being trained by British military personnel and private firms to continue attacking Russian targets

The Grayzone obtained documents revealing how British military-intelligence figures are organizing a covert Ukrainian “partisan” army, which came with explicit instructions detailing the means of executing attacks against Russian targets in Crimea.

A Ukrainian drone attack on October 28 impaired the Russian Black Sea fleet’s flagship vessel; Russia immediately pointed its finger at Britain for its support and coordination of the strike.

Most recently, Russia called for an investigation into Liz Truss’ text message to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken after the explosions that impacted Nord Stream, where Truss texted the US official: “It’s done.”

According to The Grayzone, leaked documents expose the involvement of British military intelligence operatives in the signing of an agreement with the Ukrainian Security Service's Odessa branch to create and train a secret Ukrainian partisan terror army.

The plans in question included a call on the secret army to conduct sabotage and reconnaissance operations targeting Crimea on behalf of the Ukrainian Security Service.

The orchestrator

Hugh Ward, a military veteran, at the request of Chris Donnelly, a British military intelligence operative who has been involved in covert warfare programs and operations, produced the blueprints required to blow up the Crimea Bridge on October 8.

The plans were conducted through high-level military officials, lawmakers, and intelligence officials – a transnational network through which Donnelly circulated the plan.

Donnelly used his contacts to secure the necessary resources to train the secret battalion to sabotage Russian targets in Crimea.

Any move that acts toward negotiation or reconciliation would be impeded with such training from London by cooking up an aggressive squad made to continually attack Russia and incite escalation and aggression in the war.

According to the documents, the plan to blow up the Crimea Bridge has a number of strategic objectives: to “support for maritime raiding operations,” “degrade” Russia’s ability to blockade Kiev, “erode” Moscow’s “warfighting capability,” and isolate Russian land and maritime forces in Crimea by “denying resupply by sea and overland via Kerch.”

The documents obtained by The Grayzone depict that the plans were conducted in close coordination with the Ukrainian Security Service, Odessa branch. In addition, a Ukrainian oligarch, influential in Ukrainian politics, funded the operation.

The Grayzone last month also got its hands on private memos exchanged between Donnelly himself and the Biden administration, expressing worry that the latter was not wholly committed to an all-out war with Russia, affirming Donnelly as a war hawk by character. Upon bringing up potential negotiations which may take place between Moscow and Kiev, he declared in a communique that “this US position must be challenged, firmly and at once.”

The Grayzone wrote that “while The Grayzone cannot verify that the Ukrainian attacks on Crimea are the direct handiwork of Donnelly’s team, recent events closely mirror the strategies and tactics outlined in the documents this outlet has obtained. What’s more, the attacks have helped achieve the escalatory objectives pursued by both Donnelly and the British government, which successfully scuttled negotiations between Kiev and Moscow this April.”

Prevail Partners, a British military company, has been contracted to recruit and train the secret Ukrainian battalion. It’s interesting to note that the company was founded by British special forces veterans, including Justin Hedges, who was a former Royal Marine Bragider and Special Boat Service commander.

The program at hand is the outcome of Donnelly’s lobbying conducted over a course of many months. Along with Donnelly were an MI6 veteran, Guy Spindler, and Audrius Butkevicius, a former Lithuanian Defense Minister who has close ties with the Ukrainian military, security, and intelligence.

Upon learning that Prevail’s team was launching a secret army, Ukrainian officials were reluctant to uphold the project. British officials were also hesitant about giving training services to private contractors out of fear that they might get caught.

Prevail’s offering was an annual $600,000 per partisan fighter – an indication the company was “in a sellers market,” according to Alex Finnen, a member of the British Army’s Specialist Group Military Intelligence spy cell.

With this being said, an agreement was reached on April 18 between Prevail and Thomas in Winslow, a “London-based crisis management company.” According to the contract, Prevail would conduct a “capacity assessment” of the Odessa-SSU’s operations, “then of other major regional SSUs and finally of the Security Services of all Ukraine,” free of charge.

Then comes a document issued in May which exposes Prevail Partners’ role as a private contractor that “specializes in providing training and advisory services,” in addition to having involvement in Odessa’s military grounds and the 24th Brigade of the Ukrainian Army.

Overworking 36 hours at a base in Yavoriv, Justin Hedges observed what he called an “inadequate” 12-day training provided to conscripts, which were reportedly aged between 20 and 58. None had military experience, and they were going to be sent to Popasna, “where the Russians are currently breaking through [Ukrainian] lines.”

Hedges criticized that there was a “very low number of instructors; no set syllabus and doctrine; no in-unit experience; no planning training” on the course, with “unsound tactics being taught by inexperienced foreign trainers,” leaving the battalion “not prepared for what they face.”

He argued that many of the militants “know that when they deploy to the frontline… it will be carnage,” knowing that a previous battalion that received the same 12-day training “suffered 60 killed within the first 3 days.”

“[This leads] to arguably unsustainable casualty rates. In my view, unsustainable from human capital and therefore political perspective over the long-term,” Hedges complained.

“This problem cannot be left unaddressed any longer; the training gap must be closed now. Otherwise, unsustainable casualty rates, owing to [the] inadequacy of training, may become politically decisive by forcing Zelensky to concede ground to Putin.”

Sending free grain to needy countries

Russia and Turkey have reached an agreement to deliver grain free of charge to countries in need including Djibouti, Somalia and Sudan, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Friday

Russian President Vladimir Putin "told me during our telephone conversation that we should send grain free of charge to countries including Djibouti, Somalia and Sudan. We have agreed," Erdogan said in a televised address.

"We agreed to discuss this extensively at the G20 summit" in Indonesia, he added.

"We will ensure that grain ships reach all countries in need, especially Somalia, Djibouti and Sudan, which are struggling with serious food crisis and famine."

Russia returned to a grain deal this week which allows Ukrainian exports to pass through the Black Sea.

The July agreement, brokered by the UN and Turkey, is up for renewal on November 19, three days after the G20 summit concludes in Bali.

Putin has repeatedly criticised the agreement.

On Thursday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his country would not take part in the G20 if Putin attends. The Russian leader is yet to confirm whether he will or not.

One of the world's largest grain exporters, Ukraine was forced to halt almost all deliveries after Russia invaded the country on February 24.

Putin insists the grain goes mainly to European countries, rather than poorer nations. TRUE

Ukraine and European countries refute these accusations.LIE

Some weeks ago, Russia came up with the idea of opening up all their cultural centers in Europe as free warm up centers

Places where the general public could go to and relax in the warm; have a hot drinks; meals or snacks; watch TV; play cards possibly have some other form of entertainment

GUESS WHAT

All the links to this have vanished

BUT

UK have thought it to be such a good idea that they intent to implement it in England

Just to remind the sheeple

The energy price rises in UK have NOTHING to do with the Ukraine

Approximately 1 year ago our then Chancellor Rishi Sunak agreed a deal with the power companies allowing them to raise the costs of energy, this has not only put up energy costs but given the energy companies record profits

One can only wonder which of Rishi Sunak's family and friends has shares in energy companies :-?

Potential BRICS Expansion

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov commented Tuesday during a meeting with his Indian counterpart, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, on the high demand for BRICS membership

According to the Russian diplomat, over a dozen states have expressed interest in joining the group of emerging economies, made up of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

Lavrov said, "interest in this global partnership is quite high and continues to grow." Since "applications have already been officially submitted," the bloc's member states "have agreed to negotiate the criteria and principles of reviewing these applications," the Foreign Minister said.

"We expect, of course, that the negotiations on criteria and principles will not take too long. We must first understand how this association will develop in its potential expanded membership."

Iran, Argentina and Algeria have submitted applications to become members of the group, which accounts for more than 40 percent of the world's population and nearly a quarter of global GDP.

Interest has come from "countries representing all developing regions of the world without exception: Asia, Africa, Latin America," Lavrov said, expressing his appreciation.

Fashion brands resume supplies

Perfume and cosmetic products from the brands Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Helena Rubinstein, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, and Kerastase will now resume their supplies to Russia

"Yes, these brands are included in the exceptions and, accordingly, parallel imports are not possible for them. This became possible due to the readiness of these companies to resume deliveries of their products to Russia," the spokesperson added.

Furthermore, he noted that the ministry's exclusions will take effect in three months, allowing consumers who have already purchased Lancome, Redken, Yves Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani, and Kerastase cosmetics to import them into Russia during that time.

The brands were added to the Minpromtorg parallel imports list in early August.

The Russian government legalized parallel imports (imports of goods from distributors for sale without the permission of the intellectual property owner) in March to meet the demand for foreign products that arose as a result of Western sanctions imposed in response to the war in Ukraine.

The United States has been spearheading a western campaign to impose sanctions on Russia in light of the war in Ukraine, which saw Moscow coming under a tide of draconian comprehensive sanctions, including restrictions on the Russian central bank, export control measures, SWIFT cutoff for select banks, and closure of airspace to all Russian flights. Many of their companies have suspended their Russian operations.

Sanctions fired back at the West, surging food prices to their highest levels ever, while the International Monetary Fund has constantly warned that global food prices will likely rise further in the future due to the war, the sanctions on Russia and Belarus, and climate issues ravaging the planet.

Recap:

WW2 against the Nazis was won by Russia

Donbass has a memorial stature for their liberation fight against the Nazis in WW2

After the war parts of Germany/Berlin were divided

Russia pulled out following an AGREEMENT that the US and NATO would NOT move there forces any closer to Russian borders

US and NATO have broken that agreement MANY times over

Despite Russia's appeals to the international community US/NATO has been continually allowed to break that agreement and expand unchecked

Ignore the Crimea as it was always Russian and Russia was tricked into parting with it through yet another broken agreement

The Ukraine has always had a reputation for being one of the most corrupt countries in the world

The has had Biolabs in Ukraine for many years, a fact it denied even though it was well documented, and have only recently admitted to their involvement

The US have also openly admitted instigating the regime in Ukraine, whereby the legally voted for President was pushed out to be replaced by Zelensky

Zelensky, a famous actor, famous for playing the part of the Ukrainian President in 2 TV series and a film, who better to act as president

Donbass region was always different from the Nazi loving Ukraine and inhabited by Russians, speaking Russian, with Russian books, music and culture

The Ukrainian government tried to ban everything Russian

Similarly to the way Kurds have been treated

When the people of Donbass did not want to give up their heritage the Ukrainian government bombed them

And for about 9 years the Ukrainian government have been killing the innocent people of Donbass

See the Alley of Angels - if you can find it because it appears to have vanished

The Donbass appealed to the international community for support on many occasions for help

The were 2 agreements to bring about a ceasefire and protect the people of Donbass

The Minsk agreement and the Minsk 2 agreements

Both agreements were broken by the Ukrainian government as they continued to bomb Donbass

Donbass continued to appeal for help from the international community - Russia constantly appealed on behalf of the Donbass - all this is well documented

Eventually, Russia was asked by Donbass to be classed as an independent country - Russia duly recognized them as such

Neither the International community nor Ukraine would recognize them as such so Donbass asked Russia to help them

The only reason that I can see for the International community to ignore the slaughter of Donbass was the various US interests

Nobody has stopped Turkey killing Kurds

Twice when Ukraine was about to put pen to paper and sign a peace agreement Boris Johnson dashed over and prevented the signing from taking place

Boris Johnson is responsible for every single death that has occurred since he prevented the signing of the peace agreement and should be charged with war crimes

The Ukrainian government has banned the legally elected opposition party

Money, weapons and supplies sent to Ukraine vanish, probably to fund wars in other countries

It is thought that only about 30% of everything sent to Ukraine actually reaches it - people in US demand to know where their tax money is going

I believe that everyone has the right to their own culture and language

Iran calls for Ukraine talks

ran's top security official Ali Shamkhani called for dialogue to end the war in Ukraine during a meeting Wednesday in Tehran with his Russian counterpart Nikolai Patrushev

Patrushev later met with President Ebrahim Raisi, who said that "broadening the scope of the war and its escalation are a source of concern for all countries," according to official news agency IRNA.

The meetings come after Kiev and its Western allies accused Russia in recent weeks of using Iranian-made drones to carry out attacks in Ukraine. Tehran denies the allegations.

"Iran supports any initiative leading to a ceasefire and peace between Russia and Ukraine based on dialogue," Shamkhani said, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council.

The Islamic republic was "ready to play a role in ending the war", he added, IRNA reported.

Russia's Security Council said the two senior officials "discussed in detail bilateral cooperation in the field of law enforcement, including public security and the fight against terrorism and extremism".

"In addition, they discussed measures to counter the interference of Western special services in the internal affairs of the two countries," it said in a statement.

Iran has been rocked by nearly two months of protests since the death of Mahsa Amini, after her arrest by the morality police for allegedly breaking the nation's strict dress code for women.

An adviser to Ukraine's president said Patrushev's visit to Iran showed the Kremlin was "exhausted".

In a Twitter post, the adviser Mykhailo Podoliak said Russia's "resources are close to the limit", and that Patrushev was "looking for a way to continue the war" by getting more drones and missiles.

"Now is the perfect time to double aid to Ukraine," he wrote.

Kiev dramatically curtailed diplomatic relations with Tehran in September due to alleged arms shipments to Moscow.

Last week Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian admitted his country had supplied drones to Moscow before Russian troops invaded Ukraine in February 2022.

He also said he was ready to examine any evidence of the use of Iranian drones in the Ukrainian conflict.

In late October the European Union and Britain announced new sanctions against Iran, targeting three generals and an arms company "responsible for supplying Russia with suicide drones" to bomb Ukraine.

Shamkhani, during the meeting with Patrushev, underlined the "creation of joint institutions to deal with the sanctions" imposed on Russia and Iran, IRNA said.

The Russian statement said both parties "stressed the importance of developing Russia's and Iran's economic potential and expand trade relations" to counter Western sanctions.

World economy would surge

A former senator for Virginia stresses that inflation would cool down and the world economy would surge if sanctions against Russia were lifted and the war in Ukraine is put to a stop

"One of the things very few people think about, but if this war went away, and if the sanctions were lifted, the world economy would surge," Black said.

"All of a sudden, countries all around the world would increase their prosperity, inflation would drop. And a big part of that is because Russia is an enormous exporter of natural resources. And they're the number one exporter of wheat, fertilizer, of lumber of natural gas. They're a huge exporter of oil, of aluminum, of titanium, of gold. Just a tremendous number of products."

Black went on to say that Russia has previously supplied almost half of Europe's diesel fuel to run their construction equipment, buses, and trucks
"The ability to trade back and forth is so important between Russia and Europe and the idea that somehow they would be at war is really quite insane," the former lawmaker said. "But right now we're led by people who are not very rational. I know that Russia would entertain these talks at any moment. I mean, they made it quite clear, but they're always open for talks. And it's really the NATO powers that push."

Ideal template for peace in Ukraine

Going on to say that it was NATO that was constantly using propaganda false flag attacks such as the one in Bucha, when it was claimed that the Russians who were withdrawing had killed a lot of people.

There are a growing number of people, according to Black, who are very strong supporters of peace and opponents of war. Black expressed hope that those people would have more influence in decision-making.

"It's always been my thought that the ideal template for peace in Ukraine would be the same thing that was done during the Cold War, when there was an agreement between the Soviet Union and the other Allied powers - the United States, Great Britain, and France, and they all agreed to demilitarize Austria," he noted.

"In 1955 what they did is all of those occupying powers withdrew their forces from Austria, and in exchange, Austria changed its constitution and said that they would forever be a neutral nonbelligerent country. They also said that they would never allow foreign troops to be stationed inside of Austria."

Recalling that he served in the US army in Europe in the early 80s, Black took his wife and children to Austria as he escaped the tensions: "We didn't know what to expect, but we thought that would sort of be a high level of tension," he said.

"They waved us through, checked ID and, and I discovered here was Austria and they were celebrating Christmas. People were joyous and happy. The Cold War didn't exist in Austria. There was no threat of anybody attacking them from either side. But it has to be guaranteed by the Soviet Union and by the United States, Great Britain and France.

I don't know whether that can ever be achieved. But I think there was some movement in that direction," he added. "Two months after Russia crossed the border into Ukraine... then Ukraine and Russia began to talk peace. And they had arranged a framework for peace and they had almost achieved peace, when:

Prime Minister Boris Johnson flew in unexpectedly and basically ordered Ukraine not to make peace and to continue war. He never would have done that without coordination with the White House

Scott Ritter; Ukraine can’t win

Ukraine cannot win this war. It's a fantasy.

Reports of Ukrainian triumph and imminent Russian defeat have flooded the West since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began in February. Yet how much merit is there to this narrative?

Former US Marine Corps intelligence officer and UN weapons inspector William Scott Ritter Jr. speaks with Dimitri Lascaris in a special interview for The Real News.

Despite taking some ground in September’s counteroffensive, the Ukrainian military has taken heavy losses and is totally dependent on external support. Moreover, Ritter argues that Ukraine’s objectives in this war are unachievable, whereas Russia’s can be met through a negotiated settlement.

While the war rages on and attempts to sanction Russia continue to backfire, more damage is being done to the people of Europe and Ukraine than to Russia. Ultimately, what must come out of this conflict is an admission from Europe that NATO is an anachronism and a new security paradigm is needed to promote international peace and cooperation. This interview was recorded Nov. 4, 2022.

William Scott Ritter Jr. is an author and pundit and a former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector.

Dimitri Lascaris is a lawyer, journalist and activist from Montreal, Quebec. In 2020, Dimitri ran for the leadership of the Green Party of Canada.

Dimitri Lascaris is a lawyer that focuses on human rights and environmental law. He is the former justice critic of the Green Party of Canada and is a board member of the Real News Network. You can follow him @dimitrilascaris and find more of his work at dimitrilascaris.org.

Ukrainian Missile Hit Poland

US President Joe Biden says that trajectory of missile indicates that it is unlikely to be Russian

Initial investigation indicated, according to the Associated Press, citing US sources, that the missile that impacted Poland was launched by Ukrainian forces in response to an inbound Russian missile.

According to Reuters, US President Joe Biden stated that the missile that killed two in Poland was not fired by Russia.

On Wednesday, Biden summoned a meeting of leaders in Bali, Indonesia, on the sidelines of the G20 summit, to investigate the Poland missile incident, which they were concerned could mean the spill of the war into neighboring countries.

Leaders from NATO members such as Germany, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom, as well as non-member Japan and EU delegates also participated.

When asked if it was still too soon to determine if the missile was launched from Russia, Biden responded "There is preliminary information that contests that. I don't want to say that until we completely investigate it, but it is unlikely in the lines of the trajectory that it was fired from Russia but we’ll see.”

Biden also vouched that before taking any action, the US and NATO nations will conduct a thorough investigation.

According to Polish officials in Warsaw, their government is expected to ask for a NATO meeting under Article 4 of the treaty so that the allies can discuss, as well as bring up the matter at a UN Security Council meeting on Wednesday.

The White House further stated that Biden informed Polish President Andrzej Duda during a phone conversation that Washington has an "ironclad commitment to NATO" and will back Poland's inquiry.

The EU, the Netherlands, and Norway said they were looking for further information, and Germany and Canada said they were keeping an eye on the issue. In addition to Britain conducting an "urgent" investigation into the allegation, French President Emmanuel Macron also requested a verification attempt.

Erdogan: Data shows Russia had nothing to do with incident

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also said on Wednesday that according to data, Russia was not the one that fired the missile.

"It is important for us that Russia said: 'We have nothing to do with it.' In addition, [German Chancellor Olaf] Scholz said at our morning meeting that this incident should be investigated in detail. It is also important that [US President Joe] Biden denied that the rocket belonged to Russia," Erdogan told reporters on the G20 sidelines.

Poland Not to Invoke
    North Atlantic Treaty
Poland will inform the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) that the missile that hit its territory on Tuesday and caused two deaths was fired by the Ukrainian Army

President Andrzej Duda declared that "it is probable" that the missile "was launched by Ukraine" and that "nothing indicates" that it was an "intentional attack against Poland".

Warsaw will not finally invoke Article 4 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which provides for consultations between allies when "the territorial integrity, political independence or security of either Party" is threatened.

The Polish Executive would have already contacted its NATO allies to confirm that it was a Ukrainian anti-aircraft missile that deviated from its trajectory.
