Peshmerga commander in Kerkuk appeared in Zagros TV and warned an iraqi spy plane that is flying near their forces, if they do it again, they will for sure take the plane down .
he said , swear to god, we will take the plane down if it happen again.
he repeated we are not gonna start the war but we ready to defend.
