Encûmena Niştimanî ya Kurdî li Sûriyeyê û Meclisa Gel ya Rojavayê Kurdistanê duhî û îro li Hewlêrê civiyan û herdu meclisan li hev kir ko xebata Desteya Bilind ya Kurdî xurt bikin, hêzeka eskerî ya hevbeş ava bikin û ji aliyê siyasî ve jî daxwaza federalîzmê ji bo rojavayê Kurdistanê bikin.

Heger vê carê PYD û baskê wê yê eskerî dest ji dijminahiya xwe ya li hemberî ENKS-ê û partiyên dî yên kurdî berde şansa ko kurd bikarin bi hev re bajarên xwe hem ji ordiya Sûriyeyê û hem ji Artêşa Azad biparêzin heye.

Heta niho PYD-ê ji bo rojavayê Kurdistanê tenê behsa qebûlkirina nasnameya kurdî û mafên kulturî dikir. Li gor vê lihevkirinê PYD jî dê ji bo federalîzmê bixebite û ev helwêsteka pir nû ye.

Bûyera li Serêkaniyê û têketina hinek grupên bi navê Artêşa Azad ya wî bajarî bû zengila alarmê ji bo hemî kurdan û divêt PYD-ê jî fêm kiribe ko ew bi serê xwe nikare ti bajarên Kurdistanê ji ordiya Sûriyeyê yan Artêşa Azad biparêze.

Heger ev xebera lihevkirinê ko Rûdawê belav kiriye rast be divêt PYD rê bide pêşmergeyên rojavayê Kurdistanê yên ko li başûrê Kurdistanê ne jî derbasî bjarên rojavayê Kurdistanê bibin û ew û hêzên PYD-ê di bin fermana heman qumandariya eskerî ya Desteya Bilind ya Kurdî de kar bikin.

The Turkish backed bandits and/or FSA are now leaving Serekani since they were dealt a heavy blow at the city entrance. I guess they will be back again. But we won this battle!

The leadership of YPG says that YPG can not be united with another army. Not just Kurdish army but any army. This is due to the fact that PYD is based on unity with the people and not with other armed groups. And if it gets united with another army it will lose its effect among the people. Furthermore YPG leadership says that YPG at the moment is very effective and is open to any individual who is ready to fight for Kurdistan and its earth and thus it is not necessary with another army.

I believe this will have an affect on the newly estabilished Hewler agreement between PYD and KNC. But I still believe the FKA ( Free Kurdistan Army) will be estabilished. Unless people will demonstrate against the new agreement.

Maybe because they have agreed to form a common leadership to ruled YPG.
Forming a new army, then merging it with YPG is meaningless. But forming a united leadership which includes representative from all Kurdish parties + encouraging/inviting more people to join YPG is a better choice.
