Öcalan is a party dictator, nobody can criticize him, if anybody tried it they klled him. PKK have death penalty for marriage, criticism etc. If Öcalan would rule south Kurdistan, it would be a disaster in the economy, foreign policy, domestic policy etc.

Its not abaout corruption, that is not even a big problem for south Kurdistan, the PKK have now just as a party without any region a bigger corruption.

We can talk normal abaout that issue, but this Apoci calls the KRG a tribal dictatorship, he insults the KDP,PUK and the KRG, he described south Kurdistan like a state in Africa and then he talks about unity and that he loves all Kurdish parties. That is the tactic off the PKK, they talk about unity if they benefit from that, but if not, they will act dictatorial. Now they find a word, corruption and that is now their ball to attack the KRG, KDP, PUK and Barzani.
