Don't make me laugh they barely have any money, and most of them are can't even fix their economies. You expect them to enter another war which would cost them billions? Mate we Kurds are alone, no west or east.
They don't need to send in troops nor do I say they would. I stated that they would use pressure and they have other means to do so. Besides if they wanted to the US has thousands of troops with heavy Armour stationed in Kuwait. No one can tell what is happening because the news is very vague and slow, I suspect another stand off without any real action. We'll have to wait and see.
Ideas man, what would this external pressure be exactly? America would just throw a hissie fit and publiize it in the media. Most Americans don't want no more war, so it really isn't that easy as just sending in troops. Even so you don't understand the fact america may have "technological superiorty" in the military field, but each rocket or bomb it will use costs billions. The American economy would just collapse if they get involved and interfere.
This as you say is probably just a stand off with no action afterwards, but i find it strange it occurring same time as strikes in Gaza. Not that I'm suggesting there is a connection, just strange.
