1-Make sure it is not posted before
if it is posted before, and you have the news from another source, you can update the already posted topic with your news.
2- Include Date in the topic title if there is space
for example : Clash between Iraqi police and Peshemrga 16/Nov/2012
3- Mention the source in the end, Quote the news
if you are copying/pasting a news from a news agency please put in a quote tag , add the source name in the end.

4- Highlight the important part of the news
you can writte a summary for the news before quoting it ,
you can also highlight the important part using font colors.
