Personally I wouldn't group them as the same organisation. I mean yes they are tied together, but I think ideogically there is slight difference in them. At the end of the day they are fighting for a common cause though.

No it is not , PKK never had Stingers . It looks like an older model of of Russian made SA-7 Strela anti-aircraft .
