Erbil October 27 (PNA) - A Spanish trade delegation held talks yesterday with Kurdish government for implementing sports and educational projects in the region.

The 7-company delegation work in the fields of construction, schools, and sports, with 15-year experiences in fields of infrastructure.

The discussions were held with the Erbil officials to build a 60.000-spectators stadium with international specifications.

The delegation also met a Cabinet delegation who were visiting Erbil and discussed possibilities of investment projects in other parts of Iraq.

he said the company requested permission to build the factory and we accepted their request , we have already allocated land for the project.

The Ministry of Health of the Kurdistan Regional Government, within the 2012 budget, allocated two helicopters for emergency health department in the City of Sulaimani .

Dr. Rekawt Hama Rasheed Director General of Health Department in Sulaimani told PUKmedia, that the aim of the allocation of these two helicopters is to reduce the time the patient needs to reach to the hospital, in order to receive the required treatment in the fastest time.

According to information obtained by PUKmedia, two other helicopters have been allocated for the provinces of Erbil and another two for Duhok province.

Erbil, Oct. 31 (AKnews) - French State Minister for Foreign Trade Pierre Lellouche was received today by Falah Mustafa, Kurdistan Region's minister of foreign relations, at the Erbil International Airport.

Later, the French official headed to the Council of Ministers where Kurdish Prime Minister Barham Saleh also welcomed him.

The officials are expected to hold a joint press conference after their meeting.

Lellouche might also visit the historic citadel in Erbil after the press conference.

Erbil, Oct. 31 (AKnews) - The Kurdistan Region will open every archaeological site in the region for tourism, Kurdistan Region's Minister of Municipality and Tourism, Samir Abdullah, said.

Abdullah spoke at the opening of the convention "New discoveries, new projects", organized by the Institut Français du Proche-Orient (IFPO), or French Institute of the Near East, in front of more than 200 international and local archaeologists.

"All archaeological sites in the Kurdistan Region will be turned into tourist attractions," Abduallah said

It is unclear, how archaeologist will be able to continue their work, if all the sites are crowded with tourists.

The three-day conference, the first of its kind in Erbil, seeks to find ways to protect Iraq's and Kurdistan's cultural wealth.

Qays Hussein, head of the Iraqi Board for Archeology and Culture, told the audience that historic heritage of the country is being stolen. He hoped that the conversion could design measures for the protections of the Iraqi archeology and antiques.

The recommendations of the congress will be forwarded to the Iraqi and Kurdistan governments.

The manager of Investment board in Silemani announced , a local investor has requested legal permission to build a car manufacture in the city.

Dijla Radio's Website has made a publication inciting Farman Xareeb the manager of investment in Silemani that a local invest has requested permission to establish a car manufacture, with co-operation with a Chinese company .

At the moment the directors are investigating and evaluate the request. The report points out that after the evaluation of the project it will hit another stage which is allocated the required Land area then an approval will be given to the project.

Farman Xareeb also points out that the local investor which wants to build the manufacture has signed a contract with a Chinese company which is specialized in building car manufactures .

according to KRG planning minister there are 12802 Companies and 2339 Factories in KRG . 1809 are foreign companies 10993 are local companies which makes up 86% of the total . and of the 2339 factories %48 are located in Erbil %37 in Silemani and 16% in Duhok .

Director of Wool factory in Silemani said their department has grow wide and has become independent which before was under Erbil's control.

Rizgar Gallallayi Director of Wool factory in Silemani told (Rudaw) : "we are preparing ourselves to establish 3 new wool factories in (Chamchamal , Halabja and Raniya) if the the related minster assists us in the matter".

Regarding expanding their factory Gallallayi says , (Jolla) section and designing (carpets) by computer has been added which did not exist in the factory in the past.

he said we make , (Jolla) , prayer mats , Carpets , mats , rugs , Shall material for kurdish clothing , bags and mattresses . he said most of them are exported to outside of kurdistan and some are sold to tourist which buy them as gifts .

Rigar says "i hav employed 14 women and girls for the factory , but because they dont have the required certificate the government doesn't employ them as it employees , meanwhile this kind of a job is more to do with skills not qualifications" he says .

Wool factory in Silemani has 61 employees and only 4 of them are men the rest are women.

Rizgar says "for the new factories we will try to employ majority from women gender , because women are more tolerant towards the job more than men, the profit from the products is not too important because they keep the Kurdish culture that's why we give it good attentions , and said although lately their sale volume has decreased" .
