The world does NOT care

The US has expressed "deep concern" at Turkish air strikes that killed about two dozen Kurdish fighters in Syria and Iraq.

The US-backed Popular Protection Units (YPG), fighting against ISIS, said their positions were hit multiple times.

Turkey regards the YPG as linked to outlawed Kurdish separatists. Iraqi Kurdish Peshmerga, friendly to Turkey, also reportedly suffered fatalities.

The Iraqi government condemned the strikes carried out on its territory.

US state department spokesman Mark Toner said: "We are very concerned, deeply concerned that Turkey conducted air strikes earlier today in northern Syria as well as northern Iraq without proper co-ordination either with the United States or the broader global coalition to defeat IS."

He added: "We have expressed those concerns to the government of Turkey directly."

Iraqi government spokesman Saad al-Hadithi said: "The Iraqi government condemns and rejects the strikes carried out by Turkish aircraft on Iraqi territory."

The Turkish regime has been bombing and attacking Kurds for longer than I can remember

In fact, I cannot remember a time when Turkey was not killing Kurds

Turkey has been bombing Northern Iraq/Kurdistan for many years and since Kurds have been growing stronger and gaining self-rule while fighting in Syria, Turkey has a very real fear that Kurds inside Turkey will actually wake up and realise that they are KURDS and demand their country back

Kurds to protest Turkish airstrikes in European capital

Kurdish organizations in Brussels said that they will protest the Turkish air strikes –against Kurdish positions– in front of the Turkish embassy in Brussels, and have called on the Belgian Foreign Ministry to condemn the air strikes.

“The Turkish air force last night bombed the Syrian Kurds in Rojava, and the Yezidis in Iraqi Kurdistan. The YPG [People’s Protection Units] have announced that 20 of their fighters were killed, and 18 were injured,” the Council of Communities of Kurdistan (NavBel) said in a statement.

“Moreover, there are also civilian casualties. In Shingal (Iraq) one civilian and two Yezidi fighters were killed,” NavBel said.

Furthermore, five Peshmerga fighters were killed by Turkish fire in Sinjar (Shingal) on Tuesday.

“Turkey shows again it doesn’t tolerate Kurdish ambitions, anywhere in the world. The fact that fighters and civilians that were hit are at the forefront in the fight against Daesh [ISIS], shows again on which side Turkey stands,” the organization said.

“The Kurds will raise their voices against these crimes and will show that they cannot be intimidated, and will always protect Kurdish interests in all times,” the organization said, announcing a protest in front of the Turkish embassy on Wednesday afternoon.

Moreover, the Kurdish organizations Rojava Solidarity, Vrede VZW and NavBel called in a joint statement on the Belgium government to condemn the Turkish attacks in Sinjar and Rojava.

On Wednesday, Turkish warplanes continued cross-border raids, striking Kurdish militant targets in northern Iraq and killed six militants, the army said.

Turkey will not stop especially now that Erdogan won the the vote
