2 - Without prejudice to all state institutions and service productivity and protect the public and private property.
3 - The Council calls on the Kurdish national parliament of western Kurdistan in all organizational components that adhere to the Declaration of Hawler and the decisions of the competent bodies and committees emanating from it.
4 - confirms the National Council of Kurds in Syria to maintain civil peace between all the components of the Syrian community of Arabs and Kurds and Syrians and Caldoahurien, Armenians and other ethnic minorities and religious they are partners at home and invite them to assume their responsibilities side by side with the chamber to maintain the security and the stability of our regions.
5 - The Council underlines the basic elements of the National Conference and the decisions of his political progress, which passed by a meeting of the National Council on 21/4/2012 Kurdish.
6 - the immediate release of all detained by the People's Committees protection (Barractn) who have been held in all regions, especially the city of Afrin.
The executive body of the National Council of Kurds in Syria calls on all the activities of the Kurdish community support agreement Hawler and work together to implement it and apply it to the ground, and calls our home to provide support and assistance to this Agreement and in order to protect civil peace in the Kurdish areas and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood Historical between the components of the Syrian society.
